Deep Relaxation Classes . .

. . . letting go and releasing into calm
These classes combine 3 methods for deep healing:
guided meditation for clarity of mind
yoga nidra to induce ‘conscious sleep’
hypnotherapy for positive transformation
The Method
Guided meditation (10 mins)
The session begins by sitting in a composed meditation posture to help clear the mind. There is occasional guidance to encourage clarity of mind, to let go of pursuing worry, and to explore being.
Yoga Nidra (30 mins)
Relaxation is now deepened while lying down. Yoga nidra means ‘conscious sleep’. It involves directing awareness around the body, evoking different sensations, and then moving through many levels of mental process to a state of stillness and insight.
Silence (10 mins)
Silence is maintained to either lie back and relax, take some time to get some water or to change posture.
Hypnotherapy (30 mins)
Hypnotherapy uses indirect suggestions to free the mind and access the subconscious with clarity. Healing can then be encouraged by releasing emotional blockages, creating a sense of inner calm, inspiring creativity or rejuvenating self worth.
Meditation (10 mins)
Complete silence is now maintained while a sitting posture is adopted before finsihing the session with some stretching and a few grounding words.
