The treatment lasts ninety-minutes and is a chance to focus on your personal motivations to stopping. We will look at how to change your attitudes towards smoking and address what is holding the habit in place. The hypnosis changes your response to and feeling towards cigarettes at a subconscious level, breaking those old ways of behaviour.

You will also be given practical advice on how to deal with any pangs that may arise. Tips on how to use self-hypnosis, breathing exercises and nutritional advice will ensure that you have a smooth transition during the early days of becoming a non-smoker.

It is now common knowledge that half of all smokers will die from a smoking related illness, killing more than 300 people in the UK everyday. However, when you look at the advantages to stopping smoking you will see that this damage can be reversed.
